1. Data We Collect
We collect data you provide when registering (name, email, company name), usage data (activity logs, pages visited), and technical data (IP address, browser, device). For POS and e-commerce customers, we also process transaction data as needed for the service.
2. Data Usage
Your data is used to: provide and maintain BizCore services, send account-related notifications, improve product quality, provide technical support, and fulfill legal obligations. We do not sell your data to third parties.
3. Data Storage
Data is stored on servers located in Indonesia (for SaaS customers) or on customer-owned servers (for self-hosted). All data is encrypted using AES-256-GCM. Backups are performed daily. Self-hosted customers have full control over their data.
4. Data Sharing
We only share data with: necessary third-party service providers (payment gateway, email service), legal authorities if required by Indonesian law, and BizCore-related entities for operational purposes. All third parties are bound by confidentiality agreements.
5. Cookies
BizCore uses cookies for: authentication (JWT token), user preferences (language, theme), and usage analytics. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Authentication cookies are required to use the service.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion (subject to retention policy), export your data, and withdraw data usage consent. Contact cs@bizcore.id to exercise these rights.
7. Policy Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or dashboard announcement. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
