1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using BizCore Suite, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. One account may not be shared with others. You must provide accurate information when registering. BizCore reserves the right to deactivate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use BizCore Suite for legitimate business purposes. You may not: reverse engineer the software, distribute malware, use the service for illegal activities, or disrupt the service infrastructure.
4. Payment
Paid plans are billed according to the selected billing cycle (monthly/annual). Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Late payments may result in access restrictions. Prices may change with 30 days' prior notice.
5. Data and Ownership
You own all data you input into BizCore. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Self-hosted customers have full control over their data. You can export your data at any time.
6. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time. BizCore may terminate accounts that violate these terms with 7 days' notice. After termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow export. Data will not be permanently deleted without explicit request.
7. Limitation of Liability
BizCore is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect damages, data loss due to natural disasters, or disruptions caused by third parties. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes shall be resolved through deliberation, and if not achieved, through the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI).
